My role focuses on designing intuitive, multi-platform solutions for the Partner Experience (PX) Cloud and Customer Experience (CX) Cloud, transforming complex business requirements into seamless user experiences.

With over 5+ years of experience, I specialize in user-centered design across SaaS, eCommerce, AI, and Enterprise Platform. Passionate about the intersection of art and technology, I strive to create helpful and meaningful digital experiences that captivate and inspire users.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked for industry leaders like Microsoft and Douyin Group (parent company of TikTok), contributing to impactful projects such as Windows 11, Microsoft Weather, Bing, and Lark.
