AI Remediation is a centralized tool in Cisco CX Cloud that leverages artificial intelligence to streamline the process of identifying, prioritizing, and resolving IT vulnerabilities. The tool offers users an efficient and guided debugging experience, helping them fix security issues with unprecedented speed and accuracy.
My role
I led a junior designer and design intern to successfully complete this project under a senior manager's guidance, focusing on defining use cases to address user challenges, creating user flows, and designing the UI & UX for the AI Recommendations feature.
