About

In summer 2021, I joined Douyin Group's Guangzhou office (TikTok's parent company) for a three-month UX design internship with the Lark Email team. During this time, I designed, enhanced, and explored over 15 product features. Additionally, I contributed to the Annual Product Design Review by analyzing competitive products and synthesizing insights from 4,000+ pieces of user feedback.

My role

As a UX design intern, I was responsible for designing 9 core features for Lark Email, including Document Authorization, Read Receipt, and Mail Labels. All features were successfully launched in August 2021. Additionally, I explored and developed design drafts for 4 innovative features. These drafts were incorporated into the development plan for the following quarter.
